Këlcyra
Këlcyra (albanisch auch Këlcyrë) ist eine kleine Stadt in Südalbanien an der Vjosa. Der Ort ist mit etwa 2500 Einwohner (2009, Schätzung) die zweitgrößte Gemeinde im Kreis Përmet. Es handelt sich um ein lokales Zentrum für die Berggebiete im Norden und Osten der Stadt.
